Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase. But if something shows up damaged, we’ve got you covered.
You can return it ONLY IF: – You send a clear video of the damage within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. – Your item is unused and in original packaging.
No Video = No Refund
We do NOT accept: – Exchanges (style swaps, size swaps, etc.) – Cancellations once an order is placed Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.
General Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
Original packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (jewelry, purses) are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Non-Acceptance Rules
Beats Unique & More LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria. Items will not be accepted if:
The item shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Original tags are missing or detached.
The item is returned after the 14-day window.
The required video proof is not provided or is unclear.
It is an item from our non-returnable categories (e.g., final sale, accessories).
Refused returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:
Steps for a Smooth Return
Initiate Online: Lc:g into your account, go to “Order History,” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Provide Details: Fill out the return form, clearly stating the reason for return, and upload your video proof.
Shipping Label: Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Package & Ship: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the shipping label. Drop off at your nearest postal
service.
Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
